  • Remove your shoes and socks.


  • Stand tall.


  • Cross your arms.


  • Lift one leg off the ground.


  • Close your eyes.


  • See how long you can last.


Here is how to determine your "balance age".

Less than 5 secs = over 65 years old


6-10 secs = 64-50 years old


11-15 sec = 49-40 years old


16-21 sec = 39-35 years old


22-30 sec = 34-30 years old


Longer than 30 sec = under 30 years old
