Basics of Meeting Fitness and Health Goals

Has anyone ever told you about "that thing"?


Rather, how many times this month, this week...today - have you heard about "that thing"?


Likely, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.


Now, we aren't going to sit here and say that supplements and diet plans can't help you achieve a health and fitness goal.


HOWEVER, all things considering you will benefit by getting the following things in order first:


1. Nutrition.

Are you getting your lean protein, fruits, and vegetables?


2. Sleep.

Are you getting 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night?

3. Water.

Are you getting at least half of your body weight in ounces of water every day?


4. Stress.

Do you have a lot of life stress going on, or are you actively trying to mitigate stress?


If you ARE NOT nailing all 4 of these things 90+% of the time, our thought is that's what you should be focusing on.


Eat your protein, fruits, and veggies, get your sleep, drink your water, and explore ways to manage your life stress.
