The NSS Masters Program, an introductory workout program for men and women age 50+, is set to begin soon.
The program begins the week of March 1st with individual assessments (scheduled in a time that works for you), followed by small group training which begins on Monday, March 8th.
Mondays and Wednesdays
11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Limited to 4 participants
Early bird pricing - $199 - expires February 23rd.
After that the Masters enrollment fee goes up to $249.
