ATHLETE ENHANCEMENT

At NSS we offer a wide variety of athlete enhancement programs. Between our Summer Athlete Program, School Year Athlete Training, and various camps throughout the year, we are sure to have the right fit for you. 

 

​With experience training athletes from age 8, all the way through collegiate players, we have accumulated a large base of education to ensure appropriate training programs and progressions with our athletes.

We LOVE NSS! Our children ages 12 and 10 have been attending the athlete program for the past 2 years. Chris always provides a fun atmosphere for the kids to work in and spends the time to build relationships with them. We have seen huge gains in their speed, agility and strength since they started.

Our 4th grade son started attending the afternoon youth program at Noonan's this year, two days a week after school. He absolutely loves the kids, the instructors and the workouts. He has gained strength and agility for playing basketball and soccer. The time spent has been invaluable and we are grateful. Our older son is now attending sessions as well to improve his golf game, as he saw the difference it was making in his brother. Noonan's is a safe place for our kids to be to learn lessons for life. The owners and staff are second to none, and they make everyone feel valued!

The trainers at NSS have created safe and effective strength training programs with an emphasis on proper technique and safety. Additionally, they create a fun environment to build relationships with the trainers and other athletes. As a parent, not only does NSS provide benefits to my children as student athletes, but also puts them on a lifetime path to better health and fitness. Grateful for our NSS family!

Tuesday and Thursday
3:15-4:15 p.m. Youth (grades 3rd to 6th)
4:15-5:15 p.m. Advanced (grades 7th and up)

The program is always supervised by Kait Leary, our Director of Sports Performance, and involves power and speed work, as well as a lifting session.
